Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 31, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Payvora ("Payvora", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Payvora Employee Payroll Management application (the "Application").
Payvora is designed as an offline employee and payroll management application. The Application is designed to allow users to manage employee and payroll information directly on their device without requiring an internet connection or an online account.
1. Information We Collect
Payvora does not intentionally collect personal information from users through remote servers or online services.
The Application may allow users to enter and store information locally on their device in order to use its employee and payroll management features. Depending on how the user uses the Application, this may include information such as:
- Employee names.
- Employee identification numbers.
- Job titles and departments.
- Salary information.
- Payroll amounts.
- Bonuses and allowances.
- Deductions.
- Payment status and payment dates.
- Optional employee contact information entered by the user.
- Notes or other information entered by the user.
This information is entered by the user for the purpose of managing employees and payroll records within the Application.
2. Local Data Storage
Payvora is designed to store employee and payroll information locally on the user's device.
The Application does not require a cloud account or remote database for its core functionality. Data entered into the Application is intended to remain on the device unless the user independently uses an operating-system or third-party mechanism to back up, transfer, or restore application data.
Because data is stored locally, users should maintain appropriate backups of important information if a backup mechanism is available on their device or through their own chosen backup solution.
3. Internet Connection
Payvora is designed to provide its core employee and payroll management functionality without requiring an internet connection.
The Application does not intentionally upload employee, salary, payroll, or other user-entered business information to a remote server as part of its core functionality.
4. Account Information
Payvora does not require users to create an account or provide registration information in order to use its core functionality.
The Application does not require a username, password, or online account to manage employees and payroll records.
5. Device Permissions
Payvora is designed to operate without requiring unnecessary device permissions.
The core functionality of the Application does not require access to features such as:
- Location.
- Camera.
- Microphone.
- Contacts.
- SMS messages.
- Phone calls.
If a future version introduces an optional feature that requires a device permission, the Application will request the relevant permission only when necessary and will provide the applicable information to the user.
6. How We Use Information
Information entered into Payvora is used locally to provide the Application's functionality, including:
- Managing employee records.
- Managing payroll records.
- Calculating net salary.
- Tracking paid and pending salaries.
- Displaying payroll history.
- Generating payroll summaries and reports.
- Displaying dashboard statistics.
We do not use locally stored employee or payroll information for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
7. Data Sharing
Payvora does not intentionally sell, rent, or share user-entered employee or payroll information with third parties.
Since the Application is designed to operate offline and store its core data locally, employee and payroll information is not intentionally transmitted to our servers through the Application's normal operation.
8. Advertising and Tracking
Payvora does not intentionally use employee or payroll information for advertising or user profiling.
The Application is designed without tracking technologies intended to monitor users' employee or payroll information for advertising purposes.
9. Analytics and Diagnostics
Payvora's core functionality does not require the collection of employee or payroll information for analytics.
If diagnostic or analytics services are introduced in a future version of the Application, this Privacy Policy may be updated to accurately describe the information collected, the purpose of collection, and the applicable third-party services.
10. Data Security
Payvora is designed to keep employee and payroll information stored locally on the user's device.
Users are responsible for protecting access to their device and maintaining appropriate device security, including using a screen lock, password, PIN, or other security mechanism provided by their operating system.
While we take reasonable steps in the design of the Application to support local data storage, no method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Data Retention
Since Payvora stores its core application data locally, employee and payroll information generally remains on the user's device until the user deletes it through the Application, removes the Application, resets application data, or otherwise removes the locally stored data through their device.
We do not maintain a remote copy of the user's employee or payroll records as part of the Application's normal offline operation.
12. Deleting Your Data
Users can manage and delete employee and payroll records through the Application's available data-management functionality.
Users may also remove locally stored application data by uninstalling the Application or using the data-management options provided by their device's operating system, where applicable.
Because the data is stored locally, deleting local application data does not require contacting us.
13. Children's Privacy
Payvora is a business and employee payroll management application and is not directed specifically toward children.
We do not intentionally collect personal information from children through remote online services.
14. Third-Party Services
Payvora's core functionality is designed to operate without requiring third-party online services, cloud databases, or social-media accounts.
If third-party services are added in future versions, this Privacy Policy will be reviewed and updated where necessary to accurately disclose those services and their data practices.
15. External Websites
The Application may provide access to external resources, such as the developer's website or privacy policy page.
External websites are operated independently from Payvora and may have their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage users to review the privacy policies of any external websites they visit.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Application, applicable laws, or our privacy practices.
When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
We encourage users to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed about how Payvora handles information.
17. Your Responsibility
Payvora may be used to store sensitive business information, including employee and salary information. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate legal basis, authorization, and consent where required to collect and manage employee information.
Users are also responsible for protecting access to their device and for maintaining backups of important information when appropriate.
